A Year In Review | 2017

Oh. My. Word. How is it December already?!

It’s been 1 year since I started my blog

…and what a fun year 2017 has been!

For anyone thinking of starting a blog, I would say DO IT! I have met so many amazing people this year and experienced some unforgettable destinations along the way, it’s been so much fun!

I speak to so many people who are thinking of starting a blog but perhaps don’t take the leap to do it, maybe they think they can’t make it work, or they don’t have the confidence. Lots of people have the view that ‘there are so many people blogging, why should I start?’ Don’t get me wrong, there are A LOT of bloggers out there at the moment, but there are also a lot of restaurants out there, but if you do something different and offer something unique, your restaurant will stand out and succeed. It is exactly the same with blogging, if you offer something different, something unique to your readers, you will succeed!

Starting my blog was the best decision I ever made and It has opened so many new doors.

If you would of asked me 2 years ago if I would hike Preikestolen, I wouldn’t of even known where it is….1 year on, I’ve hiked it, sat on it, jumped on it & nearly got blown off it….but I did it! Such an amazing feeling & achievement.

The main aim of my blog is to help other travelers, to inspire people to try new places and to make the most out of life…If I only inspire one person to travel, I will be happy!

‘Let’s start living, plan adventures and explore this wonderful world!’

I’m glad I started blogging too.. Although it’s been a year or so, I’ve experienced so many highs and lows. One day i’m motivated writing, the next day I just want to quit blogging. But it is fellow bloggers like you who kept me going thru this journey. Although I may not have a successful blog yet, but hopefully we are getting there. 🙂 In love with those Italian lakes btw. Would love to go there someday.
