…Who wouldn’t be excited for a little weekend away in the countryside, full of pampering, relaxation & great food?!
I arrived at The Malvern for a 3pm check-in, the staff were fantastic! Super friendly and gave me a quick tour…. I couldn’t get into my robe & slippers quick enough! I headed straight down to the Spa to start enjoying the pools & the treatment rooms.
My absolute favourite thing was the indoor-outdoor hydrotherapy pool, I spent most of my time swimming in and out, relaxing in the different bubble massage areas! It’s such a lovely atmosphere and the perfect place to chill out. The pool is heated to 35 degrees, the dream way to spend a weekend rejuvenating!
I chose to have a Facial too, which was incredible! It was the most relaxing Facial I have ever had, my skin felt totally amazing afterwards, so good I went for dinner with my face and hair still covered in oil…LOL! A lovely lady called Alexandra did my facial using Elemis products, she explained everything she used in detail & gave me some great advice on how to look after my skin in future too, as she noticed my skin was quite dry.
The great thing about the Malvern is you have everything you need in one place, which means roaming around in your robe and slippers is totally acceptable! (My favourite thing to wear!!)
After spending the afternoon relaxing, it’s time for dinner! The menus are incredible & really great value for money, I was so surprised by the standard of food! It really is a la carte dining.
I had Ham Hock to start, Cod for main & of course…. Sticky toffee pudding for dessert!
They have a lovely bar area too, where you can grab a drink and take it into the pool areas during the day, or relax with a G&T over dinner!
I had the best time at The Malvern and would return in a heartbeat! The outdoor pool really is amazing & they have so many unique features. I love that everything is in one place & the staff are just brilliant, nothing is too much trouble!
